What’s up everybody?
Jon Schoeller here, with A & M Investments here in Charleston, West Virginia. A question we get asked a lot is, what is exactly that A & M Investment does?
And if I had to say it’s one thing that we do, I would say that it’s money management. Our goal is to get our investors a great return on their investment.
But with that being said, we don’t just look for an ROI, a return on investment, we also take great pride in the work that we do on our houses.
Right now, our primary vehicle to get the return on investments is through real estate. We go out, we buy, we rehab and we sell properties in order to get that return on investment.
But, again, we take great pride in the work that we do in these homes. What we are ultimately looking for in every scenario is a win-win-win.
It’s kind of our motto here. So anyway, how that breaks down is, it’s a win for the investor cause they get a great return on their investment.
It’s a win for the buyer of the home because we take great pride in the work that we do and they get a fantastic product. And then it’s a win for us because both of them are happy and then we get our share, as well, for managing it.
Of course, the better work that we do, the better investments, returns that we get. So we’re always looking to do our best no matter what. So I hope that kind of explains a little bit what we do.
I’ll go into a little bit more detail in the next video on how we do that and break it down a little bit more. But that’s a broad explanation of what we do here.
