Hey guys, this is Andrew McDavid with A&M Investments. I want to talk to you real quick about something that’s asked from us pretty frequently, is how we buy houses in Charleston WV? So, here we are, our four step process is very simple, very easy.
First, is that you’ll call in, tell us some information about your house, bedroom, bathrooms, square footage, if it needs any repairs, that type of thing. We’ll schedule it up with our Acquisitions Manager.
Come out and take a look, and if it fits our criteria, we’ll move to the second part, where we make an offer. Usually, that’s a cash offer, with no contingencies. We don’t get appraisals, we don’t get inspections.
We will hire a structural inspector if we feel like the house needs a structural repair, other than that we have no contingencies. If we can agree on price, we’ll move to the third. After that we’ll sign a contract.
We’ll send our contract to our attorney, they’ll draw up all the paperwork, do the title search, and schedule a closing. Then we just move to the close, where you come in, pick up your check, easy peasy, one, two, three.
