Money, money, money, money…not an O’Jays fan? Well, you still get the picture. Jon is our organizational overlord and master of money. Filing cabinets and balance sheets make his world go ‘round, and has helped us grow to be the most active house flipping company in the area.

Blanks is our acquisitions manager. What’s that mean exactly? He spends his days looking at houses, assessing renovation costs and making deals. Simply put, when there’s a house to buy, Blanks is our guy.
